Celestial Townes Branding — Logo Branding
This brand identity for Celestial Townes reflects the company’s deep-rooted connection to New York City while projecting sophistication, strength, and timeless character. Drawing inspiration from classic NYC subway signage, the design blends urban heritage with refined elegance. The primary typeface evokes old-school charm, complemented by a structured secondary font that references MTA iconography. The custom brand mark features a subtle apple silhouette and a vintage fedora, paying tribute to the company’s familial legacy and New York origins. A secondary logo further extends this narrative, incorporating the classic NYC skyline and reimagining the Statue of Liberty with a fedora for an additional subtle nod to heritage. Together, these elements form a cohesive and elevated identity that aligns seamlessly with the brand’s values in real estate investment.

Gryphon House Book Landing Page — UX Design
This UX project for Gryphon House focused on designing a simple, accessible user flow for QR-code–driven landing pages used at conferences. The goal was to quickly inform users about upcoming books, the authors, and allow them to download a sample excerpt. The project includes low- and high-fidelity designs for both the landing page and confirmation screen, prioritizing clarity, ease of use, and frictionless engagement.

Gryphon House Catalog — Print & Editorial Design
An early childhood education catalog that balances functionality with playful, nature-inspired visuals. The interior layout is clean and intuitive, making it easy for educators and caregivers to find the items they needed. For the cover, I combined whimsical illustrations with photography to capture the essence of childhood imagination, featuring a child reaching for a butterfly surrounded by vines, plants, and flowers. The design evokes a sense of wonder and play, aligning with the joyful and curious spirit of early learning.

Ceremic de J.Estrada Branding — Logo Branding
Cerámica de J. Estrada is a branding project created for a Charlotte-based Mexican ceramic artist specializing in handmade pottery. The identity centers around a bear symbol inspired by a childhood nickname given by his mother, “little bear,” adding a deeply personal and human layer to the brand. The mark reflects warmth, craft, and authenticity, honoring both the artist’s cultural roots and the handmade nature of his work.

Kaplan User Interface Design
This UI design work for Kaplan Early Learning focused on improving clarity, accessibility, and user experience across key informational and product-driven pages. The projects included redesigns of the About Us and DEI pages, a refreshed Label Maker product page, as well as supporting wireframes and user personas. Together, these efforts aimed to better communicate brand values, streamline navigation, and create more intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

Kaplan Puzzles — Product & Packaging Design
These puzzle designs blend education with playful, engaging visuals. The Jumbo Knob Puzzle features custom illustrations across seven themed environments, while the Insect Floor Puzzle uses layered photography on a rich grass background with a clean white frame. Both designs focus on clarity, curiosity, and age-appropriate visual learning.

Kaplan Warehouse Illustration — Illustration
An illustration inspired by Kaplan’s slogan “When we play, we learn,” designed as a large poster for the company’s warehouse space. I created a playful, grid-based composition featuring illustrated toys, Kaplan boxes, a box truck, and other warehouse-related elements, along with icons that evoke childlike play. The piece celebrates the behind-the-scenes role the warehouse plays in supporting early learning.

Kaplan DEI Banner — Illustration
A digital web banner created for Kaplan Early Learning Company’s DEI initiative, designed to represent unity and connection by highlighting how we are all connected regardless of background, ethnicity, or gender. Inspired by Kaplan’s branding and the slogan “We’re for equal play,” I developed a continuous line illustration layered over branded shapes that frame the copy. The design visually reinforces the company’s commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity in education.
